School dropout, exclusion, and disengagement are complex issues that require comprehensive responses to ensure effective educational trajectories. Leadership teams must implement innovative approaches and methodologies that generate a positive impact within the educational community. In this context, institutional management must be addressed holistically and interdependently. The systems thinking approach, drawing on conceptual networks and structuring concepts, is re-contextualized as a didactic tool to reconstruct the relationships between leadership, pedagogical, and administrative processes within the framework of strategic self-management. Through the Strategic Network for School Retention (REPE) methodology, leadership teams can visualize the key components of their management practices, emphasizing the interactions among the nodes of the network. This educational strategy aims to foster reflective self-organization, enabling the identification of opportunities to transform organizational dynamics and strengthen educational leadership in favor of school retention, inclusion, and equity.
